Christian Helms plays football at the University of South Florida, where he is majoring in Health Science. He intends on earning a master’s degree in Exercise Science. Christian was born and raised in Tampa, FL and has been playing football since he was 5 years old.

Outside of football, Christian enjoys working out, spending time with family and friends, and playing golf. He also spends time at his church and coaching a Little League football team.
